Shipping policy

Please allow up to one week (at most) of processing time for orders to be shipped out. Packages are shipped as soon as possible, within 2-3 business days. Orders are handmade, packaged, and shipped by one person- your patience is greatly appreciated!

Once packages are dropped off at the USPS post office, it is out of our control. If items are lost during shipment, it is not our responsibility once USPS packages are marked as "Delivered".

If items are damaged during shipment, replacements are happily given with required photo proof. Buyers are responsible for sending the damaged items to matchamai and we will cover shipping back to the respective buyer.
