Details are included under every product description, but here are several frequently asked questions:

✧ When will my order be shipped?

Please allow up to one week (at most) of processing time for orders to be shipped out. Packages are typically shipped as soon as possible, within 2-3 business days once an order is placed. Orders are handmade, packaged, and shipped by one person- your patience is greatly appreciated!

Once packages are dropped off at the USPS post office, it is out of our control. If items are lost during shipment, it is not our responsibility once USPS packages are marked as "Delivered".

If items are damaged during shipment, replacements are happily given with required photo proof. Buyers are responsible for sending the damaged items to matchamai and we will cover shipping back to the respective buyer.

✧ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! matchamai now ships internationally (worldwide) and continues to ship domestically (United States). International shipping prices are calculated at checkout. Note that some destinations are experiencing shipping delays. Please review your location guidelines for shipping, as USPS may not deliver to certain countries due to COVID-19.

✧ What materials do you use for the jewelry?

Materials used for matchamai jewelry are sourced from Etsy, small e-commerce shops or local bead stores! All pieces vary, but here is a general guideline for pieces in the shop:

Earring hooks (silver & gold): nickel and lead free

Earring huggies (silver & gold): 18k gold plated + rhodium-plated brass, hypoallergenic

Earring posts (silver & gold): 304 stainless steel, hypoallergenic, lead and nickel free

All wire jewelry (silver & gold): tarnish resistant

✧ Do you take custom orders?
